Translator introduction

Hello.

I’ve been a fan of this series since I was introduced by the anime some years ago, as the anime barely scratches the surface of the series I then went deep into the novels, there was however one problem, one of the books have received no translation, be it official or fan made.

As I’ve been studying Japanese for some time I took as a challenge to do the translation myself and here is the result.

The goal of this translation is for it to be closer to the official releases by Yen On rather than other fan translations, so do expect some differences.

Many thanks to everyone who helped improve this translation from its original version.

This work is far from perfect, but I hope that you have a good time reading it.

Afterword

Thank you for purchasing Konosuba Yorimichi Anthology Volume 2.

Those of you who have read the first volume may already know that Yorimichi is a collection of stories released prior in some other issues, so I guess you could call this release some kind of recycling old stories (laughs).

Both “To everyone in the Crimson Magic Village!” and “Let’s go to another world!” were written before Konosuba was made into an anime, and were only available through lottery at the Isekai fair, so it was hard to get them for a long time. Having them reprinted like this so more people can read them makes me really happy.

The main story may be over, but I intend to continue Konosuba in various ways.

As always, I’d like to thank the illustrator, Miss Mishima, as well as the editor, and many more people for the successful publishing of this work and getting it into your hands...

To the readers who have picked up this book, I am very grateful.
